Description
Michelin-recommended Cabo San Lucas institution since 2010 — beloved open-air courtyard with grand fruit trees, traditional family recipes, live mariachi, and generous authentic Mexican cuisine. Los Tres Gallos is named for three icons of Mexico's golden age of cinema — Pedro Infante, Jorge Negrete, and Javier Solís, collectively known as 'The Three Roosters' — and has been one of Cabo San Lucas's most respected traditional Mexican restaurants since opening on March 15, 2010. Michelin Guide Recommended in 2024, 2025, and 2026. The sprawling downtown space is built around a grand open-air courtyard of brick walls, paver stone, and pink-and-red stucco, with a rooftop terrace open evenings. The kitchen uses time-tested family recipes, never freezing ingredients; once a dish sells out, it's gone. Signatures include mole con pollo, pozole enriched with roasted chiles and braised pork, cochinita pibil, chile rellenos, enchiladas, Crujientes del Mar (tostadas trio), and the enormous house flan. Live mariachi performs regularly. All cooking is done by hand from scratch.
